OMG! Where do i begin? Tyler and Justin were so efficient. I am used to people not showing up. Showing up late. Doing a terrible job. It seems people don’t have pride in their work anymore. Not true with Justin and Tyler. They worked so fast! I am having my garage floor painted with granite paint so i needed some heavy pieces moved to my basement. And several things hauled away. I wasn’t sure i could get anyone to come for such a small job. They arrived on time and got right to it. I am definitely hiring them again when I clean out my basement. The other thing that was so refreshing and impressive…they were such gentlemen. Sounds silly but you just don’t find that very often anymore. Great company with great people.

We’re available same day and I was impressed by the professionalism of the two guys that helped haul off my two old couches.More expensive than renting a trailer and driving to the dump myself but then… way more convenient and I didn’t have to bug a friend to help me haul. Win win.

The two young men who came to my house were professional, thorough and very nice. By working both hard and smartly they were able to get all of my pick-up done, despite having a fairly full truck when they arrived. They clearly explained their pricing before starting work and I feel I got both excellent service and a good value. The dispatch person I spoke with was also courteous and really on the ball. Repeat Customer. 11/10 recommend. Used them to help my parents move several years ago. Used them again after we got everything to the house and started sorting through it. And had to use them again now because my parents passed. The previous 2 times were completely joyous. And this time despite the negative circumstances around meeting them, they were KIND, FAST, and overall EXCELLENT at their jobs! Friendly guys who helped move things out quickly and efficiently. I called to schedule and they were out here in less than 24 hours. They made it work and they made it happen and I am very grateful for that. Need help? Worth the cost for a solid experience.

Easy to book and they were so professional – with loads of updates as the day went along! Our stuff was gross! Half a garage filled with stuff we didn’t need from the last move. Evidently this last spring a family of critters found warmth and safety inside several rolls of carpet…. It was astounding how much damage they could do. These gentleman didn’t blink and eye- it was gone in a flash! So fast!They deserve 10 stars!

Drew and Hayden came on site with a smile and professional politeness. Everything was yes ma’am, absolutely and got you! No matter what questions I had they were happy to answer and they were extremely considerate in where they couldn’t couldn’t park the truck. Fast, professional and very efficient! We had Joseph’s Junk Removal come and remove a handful of items that our trash company would not pick up. The whole process from setting an appointment thru them picking up our items and loading the truck was super easy. Joseph Lambert and his team are top notch with respect to (1) the ease of arranging a pick-up within a short timeframe, (2) upfront and reasonable pricing, and (3) step-by-step communication throughout the process, with prompt response to questions. The pick-up team arrived as scheduled and was professional, uniformed, masked, and pleasant. They worked quickly and efficiently, and even swept the entire garage floor when they were finished. The service, friendliness, and professionalism was completely amazing. From the phone call when they was telling me they are on there way, to when they got here, I couldn’t be more happy with their service. Butler, Adam, and Patrick was the freaking best! Man, they was so nice and super fast! They got my stuff out and gone in under a hour! Seriously, please use these guys. I absolutely loved my experience. I cannot say enough great things about this business. The owner, Joseph was so responsive in keeping me abreast of arrival time and very accommodating when I had to reschedule dates. Jack and Emmett, the young men who were assigned to my job did an outstanding job. Both so very detail oriented and careful making sure not to run into walls or leave any mess behind. After breaking down and carrying out hundreds of pounds of stuff they still made sure they got everything I needed out. Asking me if we could do a walk around the house to ensure nothing was forgotten to be removed. They were quick and efficient and I can’t wait to work with him again.
