How the pricing works:
We charge based on truck volume — how much of our 16-cubic-yard truck your items fill. A single small item starts at $129. A half-load is $454. Fill the whole truck and it’s $694. Labor is included with every load, and you get the number before we start.
What Does a “Load” Actually Look Like?
This is where most pricing pages fail you. Fractions of a truckload don’t mean much until you picture what fills them. Here’s a real-world breakdown before you book.
Full Pricing — Every Load Size
Our truck holds 16 cubic yards. Every load includes up to 30 minutes of labor, and we remove items from anywhere on the property. The 3-hour arrival window applies to all jobs. Moving help without a junk job? Labor-only is $250/hr with a 2-hour minimum ($500 total).
| Load Size | Approx. Volume | Price |

Single-Item Pricing
Got one couch? One fridge? We don’t make you pay for a quarter-load if you don’t need it. Common items are priced individually below. See our furniture removal and appliance removal pages for the full rundown on what we take. Pianos, hot tubs, and swing sets get quoted on-site — weight and access vary too much to list a flat rate. See piano removal, hot tub removal, and swing set removal for what’s involved.
Extra Fees — What They Are and When They Apply
A small number of items cost extra to dispose of properly. Paint, tires, and anything with hazmat considerations can’t go to a standard landfill since disposal is regulated. You’ll know about all of these before we start. Old electronics and scrap metal don’t get charged extra — we recycle them. See electronics recycling and car parts recycling for the details.
| Item | Fee |
|---|---|
| 5 Gallon Paint Bucket | $25 each |
| 1 Gallon Paint Can | $5 each |
| Under 1 Gallon Paint | $2.50 each |
| Tire | $35 each |
| Car Battery | $10 each |
| Mattress | $25 |
| Bedbugs / Fleas | $300 flat fee |
| Hazmat Fee | $300/day |

Why Our Pricing Is Different
Most junk removal companies — especially the national franchises — don’t post prices online. You call, someone drives out, and you find out the number standing in your driveway with a truck already there. That’s not an accident.
We put everything on this page because we’d rather you know the price before you book than feel pressured after we show up. Our minimum is $129. Our full truck is $694. Those numbers don’t change based on how much stuff you have or how the conversation goes.
We’re also a local crew — not a franchise. Joseph started this company in high school. The team is trained, insured, and accountable in a way a national call center isn’t. That’s worth something, and we try to price like it.
What Can Push Your Price Up
Volume drives the quote. But a few things can move it:
- Stairs or long carries. Items that need to come down multiple flights or across a long distance take more time. If labor runs past 30 minutes per quarter-load, it’s $250/hr after that.
- Specialty items. Pianos, hot tubs, and concrete are quoted separately. Not because we’re avoiding the question — those jobs genuinely vary.
- Regulated disposal. Tires, mattresses, paint, and hazmat situations have fees that are set by disposal facilities, not us. They’re listed above.
- Location. We serve all of Metro Atlanta — Marietta, Alpharetta, Kennesaw, and everywhere in between — at the same rates.
