Joseph’s is really great to work with. The process was easy, from scheduling to appointment. The communication on the front end was 5-star. The guys that showed up at my home were professional and friendly. They did a great job. Price was below what i was expecting as well. Joseph’s Junk Removal is absolutely amazing! There are a lot of companies out there that haul junk away and you have many choices, but if you want a company that will treat you like family, then Joseph’s Junk Removal is who you want to use. They were hauling items away from my mom’s home and she is very sad about having to move. Matt and Zach were so kind to her and treated her like they would their own grandmother. They were on time, quick, and friendly. A huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders thanks to Joseph’s Junk Removal. Asa, the operations manager, answered the phone, was professional and worked with me to fit my schedule! This company is honest, friendly and professional!

From the first call to the communication up to and during the job, Caleb and Christian were wonderful. Personable and thoughtful, they were honest about the upfront pricing and did a great job removing some old furniture from our house. I totally didn’t know what to expect and was wary- I had never hired folks for a job like this. I can’t say enough about what a great experience we had- which is odd to say about a junk removal job, but who knew? 🤷🏼♀️

Reached out online to Joseph’s Junk Removal on Sunday. Kylie responded quickly within a couple of hours (even on a day they were supposed to be closed). By Monday noon, all my junk was gone! Matt and his two guys were arrived on time and were ready to work. Matt gave a quote and did not try to overcharge. Very honest. The task was to dismantle a large hot tub by cutting it up and haul it away. They worked hard and got it done. All three guys were courteous and hard working. Wonderful customer service all around. Initial call was quick and informative, Emmy was very friendly. They were very communicative and kept us updated as to when they would arrive. For what we had (a LOT of cement and tile) their price was fair. Paying for the invoice was smooth too. All around a great experience and we will keep their number for future projects.

I’ve used Joseph’s several times over the last year for both commercial and residential junk removal at my home and office. Their teams are always professional and work fast. They can also do short notice which is very helpful. I contacted them late on a Sunday and the team was at my house Monday morning at 9am. Could not be happier with Joseph’s and I can’t see myself ever using another service.

Joseph’s did a really good job for us. We called on Saturday and they arrived on Monday morning. Two courteous and nice young men, Michael and Matthew, hauled off a mattress, bed springs, a couple of sofas and some smaller items. Plus a basketball goal that turned out to be a real challenge to disassemble. But they worked hard at it and got the job done. I will definitely use Joseph’s again.

Very professional, Kadim and Brian called ahead and were prompt. They surveyed the job, mostly large full trash bags and empty boxes. Very fair price. Everything was removed with care. They worked efficiently and were very polite. I have used Joseph’s before and recommend them highly.

OMG! Where do i begin? Tyler and Justin were so efficient. I am used to people not showing up. Showing up late. Doing a terrible job. It seems people don’t have pride in their work anymore. Not true with Justin and Tyler. They worked so fast! I am having my garage floor painted with granite paint so i needed some heavy pieces moved to my basement. And several things hauled away. I wasn’t sure i could get anyone to come for such a small job. They arrived on time and got right to it. I am definitely hiring them again when I clean out my basement. The other thing that was so refreshing and impressive…they were such gentlemen. Sounds silly but you just don’t find that very often anymore. Great company with great people.

The two young men who came to my house were professional, thorough and very nice. By working both hard and smartly they were able to get all of my pick-up done, despite having a fairly full truck when they arrived. Repeat Customer. 11/10 recommend. Used them to help my parents move several years ago. Used them again after we got everything to the house and started sorting through it. And had to use them again now because my parents passed. The previous 2 times were completely joyous. And this time despite the negative circumstances around meeting them, they were KIND, FAST, and overall EXCELLENT at their jobs! Friendly guys who helped move things out quickly and efficiently. I called to schedule and they were out here in less than 24 hours. They made it work and they made it happen and I am very grateful for that. Need help? Worth the cost for a solid experience.

Easy to book and they were so professional – with loads of updates as the day went along! Our stuff was gross! Half a garage filled with stuff we didn’t need from the last move. Evidently this last spring a family of critters found warmth and safety inside several rolls of carpet…. It was astounding how much damage they could do. These gentleman didn’t blink and eye- it was gone in a flash! So fast!They deserve 10 stars!

Drew and Hayden came on site with a smile and professional politeness. Everything was yes ma’am, absolutely and got you! No matter what questions I had they were happy to answer and they were extremely considerate in where they couldn’t couldn’t park the truck. Fast, professional and very efficient! We had Joseph’s Junk Removal come and remove a handful of items that our trash company would not pick up. The whole process from setting an appointment thru them picking up our items and loading the truck was super easy. Joseph Lambert and his team are top notch with respect to (1) the ease of arranging a pick-up within a short timeframe, (2) upfront and reasonable pricing, and (3) step-by-step communication throughout the process, with prompt response to questions. The pick-up team arrived as scheduled and was professional, uniformed, masked, and pleasant. They worked quickly and efficiently, and even swept the entire garage floor when they were finished. The service, friendliness, and professionalism was completely amazing. I cannot say enough great things about this business. The owner, Joseph was so responsive in keeping me abreast of arrival time and very accommodating when I had to reschedule dates. Jack and Emmett, the young men who were assigned to my job did an outstanding job. Both so very detail oriented and careful making sure not to run into walls or leave any mess behind. After breaking down and carrying out hundreds of pounds of stuff they still made sure they got everything I needed out. Asking me if we could do a walk around the house to ensure nothing was forgotten to be removed. They were quick and efficient and I can’t wait to work with him again.
