I hired Joseph’s Junk Removal for a yard cleanup project that was too extensive to complete by myself. The previous residents of the home used the back yard as their personal landfill. Trash was buried and piled up along the back fence line of the property.Christian and Bobby were sent to complete the task, and they did an excellent job. They were professional and had a great demeanor.I had more waste and needed more time than I initially anticipated. However, Christian thoroughly explained the pricing model before they began working. So, I wasn’t surprised at the price once they were done.I would recommend Joseph’s Junk Removal and I plan to use the company again for my next junk haul.

Hurricane Helene flooded our basement.After 2 weeks of cleaning out, we were ready for the junk pile to be removed. Due to great online reviews, I called Joseph’s Junk Removal around 10:15 this morning.A team was at my house by noon! Cade and Mason were the two nicest young gentleman I’ve met in a long time! They were very neat in appearance and were very polite. After introducing themselves and each shaking my hand, they said how sorry they were that flood water came into our home. They worked quickly and efficiently and had everything hauled away in about 20 minutes. It was extremely refreshing to see the pride they took in their work. If you ever need junk removal, you can’t go wrong with Joseph’s Junk Removal! They were such a pleasure to work with!

Absolutely the best service experience I’ve experienced from a company all year!! Easy booking online for the next day, and they arrived right on time as promised!! Living in a condo makes it easier to call for help to carry out and discard a big elliptical machine, large tv, file cabinets, kitchen appliances, clothing, shoes, and luggage I wanted gone. The two gentleman who arrived were very polite and respectful. I’m so happy that good customer service is still available!!! I will definitely use them again!!!

Your men arrived on time and looked at the items we wanted removed and gave us a quote. We agreed and they went to work. Part of our items required demolition . They worked very hard and got the items broken down and were able to take it all away. Your men were very professional and personable. They were a pleasure to work with. Joseph’s Junk Removal is absolutely amazing! There are a lot of companies out there that haul junk away and you have many choices, but if you want a company that will treat you like family, then Joseph’s Junk Removal is who you want to use. They were hauling items away from my mom’s home and she is very sad about having to move. Matt and Zach were so kind to her and treated her like they would their own grandmother. They were on time, quick, and friendly. A huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders thanks to Joseph’s Junk Removal. From the first call to the communication up to and during the job, Caleb and Christian were wonderful. Personable and thoughtful, they were honest about the upfront pricing and did a great job removing some old furniture from our house. I totally didn’t know what to expect and was wary- I had never hired folks for a job like this. Reached out online to Joseph’s Junk Removal on Sunday. Kylie responded quickly within a couple of hours (even on a day they were supposed to be closed). By Monday noon, all my junk was gone! I’ve used Joseph’s several times over the last year for both commercial and residential junk removal at my home and office. Their teams are always professional and work fast. They can also do short notice which is very helpful. I contacted them late on a Sunday and the team was at my house Monday morning at 9am. Joseph’s did a really good job for us. We called on Saturday and they arrived on Monday morning. Two courteous and nice young men, Michael and Matthew, hauled off a mattress, bed springs, a couple of sofas and some smaller items. Plus a basketball goal that turned out to be a real challenge to disassemble. But they worked hard at it and got the job done. I will definitely use Joseph’s again.

OMG! Where do i begin? Tyler and Justin were so efficient. I am used to people not showing up. Showing up late. Doing a terrible job. It seems people don’t have pride in their work anymore. Not true with Justin and Tyler. They worked so fast! I am having my garage floor painted with granite paint so i needed some heavy pieces moved to my basement. And several things hauled away. I wasn’t sure i could get anyone to come for such a small job. They arrived on time and got right to it. I am definitely hiring them again when I clean out my basement. The other thing that was so refreshing and impressive…they were such gentlemen. Sounds silly but you just don’t find that very often anymore. Great company with great people.

The two young men who came to my house were professional, thorough and very nice. Repeat Customer. 11/10 recommend. Used them to help my parents move several years ago. Used them again after we got everything to the house and started sorting through it. And had to use them again now because my parents passed. The previous 2 times were completely joyous. Easy to book and they were so professional – with loads of updates as the day went along! Our stuff was gross! Half a garage filled with stuff we didn’t need from the last move. Evidently this last spring a family of critters found warmth and safety inside several rolls of carpet…. It was astounding how much damage they could do. Joseph Lambert and his team are top notch with respect to (1) the ease of arranging a pick-up within a short timeframe, (2) upfront and reasonable pricing, and (3) step-by-step communication throughout the process, with prompt response to questions. The pick-up team arrived as scheduled and was professional, uniformed, masked, and pleasant. They worked quickly and efficiently, and even swept the entire garage floor when they were finished. I cannot say enough great things about this business. The owner, Joseph was so responsive in keeping me abreast of arrival time and very accommodating when I had to reschedule dates. Jack and Emmett, the young men who were assigned to my job did an outstanding job. Both so very detail oriented and careful making sure not to run into walls or leave any mess behind. After breaking down and carrying out hundreds of pounds of stuff they still made sure they got everything I needed out. Asking me if we could do a walk around the house to ensure nothing was forgotten to be removed. They were quick and efficient and I can’t wait to work with him again.

I hired them to help haul off items from my mother’s attic, basement and outdoor buildings. They were quick and efficient. I thought the price was a good value for the work performed.
